Comprehensive Training Programs for Every Need

We deliver a diverse range of training initiatives designed to elevate professional performance, address specific organizational needs, and support national development projects. From empowering individuals with essential skills to executing large-scale contractual programs and specialized initiatives, our training efforts are tailored to create lasting impact across sectors.

Individual Training

General training programs target all departments and individuals within both public and private sector institutions, ensuring the qualification and development of personnel. These programs provide essential skills that enhance employee performance from one level to the next, while maintaining a smooth and efficient training process aimed at achieving the institution’s desired objectives and overall growth.

Contractual Training

The center designs and implements a wide range of contractual and specialized training programs for governmental and private organizations. Each program is tailored to the organization’s specific training needs, aiming to achieve standard or future performance goals and close existing performance gaps. This is accomplished by analyzing current performance, comparing it with desired benchmarks, and identifying the areas requiring improvement.

Special Programs

The Society launched the “Tamheed” project to employ and train newly graduated Bahraini engineers, empowering them to contribute to construction projects and sustainable development goals. In partnership with Tamkeen (the Labor Fund), this initiative directs young engineers’ talents toward national growth.

Another key initiative is the National Hydrochlorofluorocarbon Phase-Out Strategy Implementation Project (HPMP), launched in 2016 in cooperation with the Supreme Council for the Environment, UNEP, and UNIDO. The Society successfully completed the first and second phases in April 2019 with these partners.
