Applications submitted for the award will be excluded in any of the following cases:

  • If they do not comply with the objectives, conditions, regulations, and contents of the nomination file and award guidelines.
  • If they are sent after the specified deadline
  • If the judges determine that the information provided or achievements mentioned are not the applicant’s own innovation.

Required Documents

Nomination File Submission

Candidates must submit a complete nomination file containing all required documents and verified information. This file should represent the full scope of the work being submitted.

Technical Documents & Drawings

The nomination file must include all technical drawings, project details, and supporting evidence that demonstrate the project's engineering value and quality.

Contributors’ Information

All contributors must be clearly listed, along with their CVs, roles, and any relevant experience. The nomination should accurately represent everyone involved in the project.

Accuracy Declaration

The main participant must sign and submit a formal declaration confirming that all information and documents in the nomination file are accurate and truthful.

Exclusivity Confirmation

Participants must declare that the submitted project has not been entered into any other competition and is exclusively submitted for this award.

Model Submission Rule

Physical models will not be accepted. However, candidates may submit high-quality photographs or digital renders of any physical models related to the project.
